We will help plan your group outing and discuss options for your customized event. 

Group Cave Tours – Your group will love the educational and entertaining cave tour. We can customize a tour and tailor the length and content to meet your needs. We can keep your group together, or for larger groups, we may recommend splitting into more than one tour for the best experience. (Tour company personnel receive complimentary admission and may request other considerations and accommodations on behalf of their guests.)  Call today to discuss options and reserve your date!

Large Group Information

Discounted group pricing is available on cave tours, attraction tickets and wristbands!

Groups may include:

  • schools
  • churches
  • youth groups
  • scouts
  • company event or team building
  • family reunion
  • other entities of 15+ people

If the group is tax exempt, a certificate MUST accompany purchase or tax will be added to the total price.

Those receiving group pricing must pay together as a group in 1 total payment.

Additional Information

  • Motorcoach groups are encouraged to call one hour prior to their visit and should plan to allow a total of 1 hour 45 minutes for unloading, conducting the cave tour, and then reloading. Additional time needed for other attractions.
  • Conventions will receive flexible scheduling to meet your timeframe.
  • Civic, church, scout and charitable organizations will receive full service and great breaks on prices.
  • Outdoor covered picnic shelter available for eating or gathering.
  • Pre-order food and drink from Sparky’s Snackitorium during peak season.
  • Any organized group is encouraged to e-mail info@rushmtn.com or call for more information and reservations.
  • The cave tour can be physically challenging and may not be for everyone. Those not wishing to take the cave tour are encouraged to enjoy the view of Black Elk Peak and relax in the air conditioned gift shop.
  • Those wishing to leave a tour are carefully escorted from the cave to the gift shop, no questions asked and given a complete refund.
  • A written version of the tour is available for translation and for the hearing impaired.
  • We take excellent care of all of our guests and the members of your group will appreciate our level of service.
